When does the Return Period start?
The 10-day Return Period begins on the date you receive your gem(s).
Whether you purchase a gemstone in-store, or receive a stone in the mail, you will have 10 days to return it back in it's original, unaltered state for a complete refund.
I bought 2 gemstones at the same time but changed my mind on one. Could I return just the one?
Yes. As long as the gemstone is returned in it's original, unaltered state with everything it came with (documents, packaging, etc.) within the 10-day Return Period, you will be refunded for the gemstone.
What is your return policy?
Gemstones By Jewel Scene focuses on customer satisfaction. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return of the item in it's original, unaltered state with all paperwork attached within 10 days of the customer initially receiving the item.
Gemstones By Jewel Scene does not take returns on specially-marked items (i.e: holiday sales, anniversary sales, etc.) nor clearance items.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
What are your shipping rates?
All Gemstones by Jewel Scene orders are shipped either using USPS or FedEx. Customers can select expedited shipping for an additional cost.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
USPS Priority Mail shipping will be free for all orders
2-Day UPS/FedEx shipping will be free for all orders
Priority Shipping for all orders will be available through USPS for $12.
2-Day shipping for all orders will be available through UPS/FedEx for $25.
Next-day shipping for all orders will be available through UPS/FedEx for $35.
All items shipped will be insured and will contain a tracking number.
At this time, Gemstones by Jewel Scene only ships within the United States.
